Fucker (fucker.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

Important Notice: Fucker is a closed content platform. We do not allow general users to upload content. All videos are provided exclusively by verified professional studios, creators, and agencies (“Registered Uploaders”) through established content partnerships. These partners have certified legal ownership or the right to publish the material. No public user-generated uploads are accepted under any circumstances.

Content Upload Policy

Only Registered Uploaders are authorized to contribute content to the platform. They must pass a strict internal verification process and certify that they have the rights to distribute any submitted material. Fucker may also license content directly through agreements with third parties. We are not the producer of third-party content as defined under 18 U.S.C. §2257.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on Fucker infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent with the following required information:

• Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If we remove or disable access to material in response to a DMCA notice, we will take reasonable steps to notify the Registered Uploader (i.e., the producer or rights holder who submitted the content) so they have the opportunity to submit a counter notification. We maintain records of all copyright infringement notices and related actions.

Important: If you choose to request removal of content by submitting a DMCA infringement notice, understand that you are initiating a legal process. Do not submit false claims. Knowingly submitting false or misleading information may result in account suspension and/or legal consequences.

All DMCA notifications and counter-notifications must be written in English. Submissions in other languages or using non-Latin characters may, at our discretion, be considered non-compliant and disregarded.
